From where do you receive your creative inspiration?
Considering I work with the finances, taxes and numbers, I can’t be too creative without going to prison. However, I do try to think outside the box on how to look at problems and issues that arise.
The best thing about working for a small company?
I see value in my work and the contribution that it makes to the success of the company.
An average day:
It is typically a 50/50 chance that my wife and I get up to work out in the morning. I’m typically the first one in the office and work in silence for the first half-hour or so until everyone else gets in. Throughout the day I look at terribly exciting spreadsheets and numbers. I also take care of other HR, communication and general office issues that come up so everyone else can stay busy. After work I enjoy running, eating, walking, riding bikes and listening to podcasts in my free time.
